1. Platform Nature
Sekvnri serves as a technology platform and marketplace connecting Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) with independent professionals including Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Advocates. Sekvnri Technologies Pvt. Ltd. itself is not a law firm or CA firm.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful information regarding your residency, income, and legal standing.
- You may not use the platform for money laundering, tax evasion, or any activity in violation of FEMA or RBI regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Expert Marketplace Guarantees
While we rigorously verify the credentials of all experts on our platform (via ICAI or Bar Council), any advice or services rendered are solely between you and the expert. Our Guarantee Fund covers specific instances of platform-verified errors as outlined in our Transparency Center.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, specifically for actions involving fraud, submission of forged documents, or harassment of consultants.
